CEREAN Train the Trainer Course 
Bucharest, Romania, May 17 - 21, 2011

CEREAN Train the Trainer (TTT) Course will be organized in May 17-21, 2011, in Bucharest, Romania. The course is sponsored by IRPF.

The Instructor for this Course is Mr. Tony Macaluso, USA.

1. General information

-Location: Bucharest, Romania, Golden Tulip*** hotel, Panorama hall, www.goldentuliptimes.com

-Date: May 17-21, 2011

-Registration period: from April 5 till May 10

2. Students for Train the Trainer Course (TTT)

-max 12 students, ONLY from all-time CEREAN Countries

-student requirements: real estate practitioners; being well known, locally and internationally; abilities and desire to teach any types of RE courses for CEREAN; fluency in English language both written and spoken, since the Course will be fully in English, without translation; commitment to further teach for CEREAN.

-documents for registration: CV, Letter of intent, Recommendation from his/her Association, any documents/materials proving teaching abilities, including video/audio recordings etc.

-registration procedure: the candidate student will send the above documents to his/her Association, which will pre-qualify them.

The Association will send all documents, in English language, to the Registration Committee (Eli Moneva, Sylvia Luchini, Dan Negulescu), at the CEREAN headquarters in Romania, in due time.

The committee will issue a confirmation/request for more information no later than one week after receipt of information. After confirmation of acceptance, in 48 hrs, the student will pay to the association and to CEREAN the course fee, online or by bank transfers.

3. Payment

Price per student: ONLY 200 euro

Payment procedure:
- 100 euro to CEREAN;
- 100 euro (VAT included, if applicable) to the belonging Association of the student
The amounts will be paid separately to each entity, based on fiscal documents issued.

Total costs for students: travel to/from Bucharest, Romania plus the above 200 euro for the course.

-Course materials, the accommodation (if required) and light meals are supplied by CEREAN and IRPF.
The Airport-hotel-Airport transfers are also included, upon request.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Presence at the course, once the trainings started, is mandatory!

The Diplomas/Certificates will be delivered ONLY to the students present all days of the TTT course! No exceptions!

2. The students which finish this course will enjoy a special benefit: this TTT Course will count as a CRS-TTT Course, for those who will attend also the CRS Course organized between May 23-27 also in Bucharest, Romania!

Cancellation and refund policy:
For orders paid by debit or credit card, we process a cancellation fee as follows:
- for cancellation requests submitted until May 10 2011, we apply a 10 euro cancellation fee;
- for cancellation and refund requests submitted between May 11 and and May 21 2011, we apply a 50% cancellation fee;
- we will not honor any cancellation or refund requests submitted after May 21 2011.
